「2019年カスタムドールコンテスト」グランプリ作品 商品化中止のお知らせとお詫び

平素は弊社製品をご愛顧頂き、誠にありがとうございます。

2019年カスタムドールコンテストで第一位となり商品化を計画しておりました、
作者『Erosanoff Dolls x Mota de Algodón』　題名『Mística』　ですが
生産上の問題により商品化を断念する事となりました。
作者並びにご投票頂いた皆様、そして商品化を楽しみにして頂いていた皆様には
深くお侘び申し上げます。申し訳ございませんでした。

今回の件は、すでに、作者のErosanoff Dolls x Mota de Algodónさんにはお伝えして、
ご承諾を頂いておりそれを経ての、皆様へのお知らせと謝罪となっております。

尚、これに伴い、他の受賞作品が商品化されることがないことも合わせて、
ご案内いたします。

何卒ご理解、ご了承の程宜しくお願い申し上げます。

“We Groove Inc. regret to say, due to production process problem reason,
we abandon of the plan to commercialize Pullip-“Mística” of Erosanoff Dolls x Mota de Algodón which was got grand prix award of Customs doll Contest of 2019 Groove Doll Carnival.

We are deeply sorry about such matter happened to the creator Erosanoff Dolls x Mota de Algodón,
We are terribly sorry to everyone voted to Mística and looking forward to commercialization as Pullip.

This matter was already explained to Erosanoff Dolls x Mota de Algodón, then we hereby apologized for such inconvenience thing occurred.
In addition, we never commercialize another winners’ creation Pullip instead of Mística of Erosanoff Dolls x Mota de Algodón.
